New design: Sutaru

Soooo...here is Sutaru's new design.
Those edits are kind of minor, but I kind of liked her old design, I just felt a strong need to change her clothes.
Her old outfit didn't at all fit her personality, and it was getting old and lame.

Also, the fact that she is a cyborg is something that has been a thing since when I first created her, I just never showed it or properly announced it.
But, I fixed that by making her legs mechanical and by putting some speaker thingies in her ears.

Powers: Even though she is a cyborg, her powers are very limited. She is only a tad above average strength and a bit better stamina than a normal person her age. She also has no built in weapons. She was made to be able to live, not to be an advanced weapon.
